Sanding the floor to remove scratches and blemishes is the only way to properly restore a floor to a factory finish. We never try and polish over a floor that has not been sanded first (sadly not all contractors do this).
We know our private home clients have busy lives with children and work, we promise to show up at a time works for them. For our commercial clients we understand that sometimes nighttime is the only option, if it works for them, it works for us.
